What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for driving organizational growth by managing the entire customer lifecycle and fostering strong relationships with both our clients and our partners at Salesforce.
What will you do?
- Manage your sales pipeline and forecast revenue achievement using Salesforce to ensure consistent progress toward our goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to IT leaders by understanding their unique business challenges and aligning our technical resources to deliver impactful solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team and leadership to strategically plan sales activities and identify new expansion opportunities within our existing client base.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in consultative sales and a deep understanding of the technology and professional services landscape. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualities:
- At least five years of proven success in software or technology services sales, with specific experience selling Salesforce Commerce products being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, paired with the ability to articulate clear return on investment value to stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles, coordinate multiple groups toward a common goal, and maintain high performance against quotas.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with the ability to work effectively in a remote, professional environment while remaining flexible for occasional travel.
- Fluency in English and current authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
