The role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level, quota-carrying position focused on the DACH region, with a primary emphasis on the German market. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner to our clients while helping them unlock the full potential of our platform.
Core responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals and managing account expansion.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless experience for our prospects and customers.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, specifically within the German or broader DACH market.
- Proven success in solution selling and value selling methodologies, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with MEDDIC.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage data and maintain accurate sales records.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp concepts related to cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
- Professional fluency in both English and German.
