What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position designed for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments. Because we operate globally, this role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our international team.

What will you do?

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for complex enterprise deals, ranging from initial qualification to final closure.
  • Engage with high-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives and plant directors, to demonstrate the value of our platform in improving workforce efficiency and operational quality.
  • Develop and execute structured deal strategies using methodologies like MEDDIC while collaborating with our solution engineers and customer success teams to secure successful rollouts.

You are a strategic thinker with a builder mindset who understands how to navigate long, complex sales cycles. We are looking for someone who can translate technical value into real-world business impact.

  • You have at least five years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or consulting, specifically within enterprise environments.
  • You have a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, as you will be communicating with diverse teams across our client base.
  • Experience selling into the manufacturing or industrial sector is considered a significant advantage.
