The role

We are seeking a Senior Security Sales Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently to establish our presence in the United States market. You will focus on post-quantum cryptography and quantum-safe security solutions, acting as a field-first representative to build our pipeline from the ground up. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on outbound prospecting and building deep relationships with enterprise and public sector stakeholders.

Core responsibilities

  • Drive our US market entry by generating a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship building.
  • Lead early-stage customer engagements, including conducting workshops, facilitating pilots, and establishing design partnerships with security leaders.
  • Represent our organization at industry conferences and events to position Terra Quantum as a trusted partner in the quantum-safe security space.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management within the cybersecurity or enterprise technology sectors.
  • A proven track record of generating pipeline through outbound efforts and engaging with senior security leadership, such as CISOs.
  • The ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex technical concepts, particularly those related to cryptography, security architecture, or data protection.
  • Experience working with regulated industries like finance, government, defense, or energy is highly valued.
  • Must be a US Person.
  • Fluency in English is required for all professional communications.
