We are looking for a motivated Security Program Manager II to join our Trust and Security group, where you will help ensure our cloud services remain the most trusted platforms in the public safety market.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for our global cloud services compliance program.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and auditors to manage security compliance obligations.
- Evaluate emerging markets and oversee the implementation of new certifications.
- Create and maintain information security policies, procedures, and authorization documentation.
- Drive the maturity of our security assurance program to ensure it aligns with external standards and business objectives.
- Lead essential compliance activities, including risk assessments, vendor security reviews, and security awareness training.
- Stay informed on evolving security trends, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies to keep our defenses sharp.
Must-haves
- At least 6 years of experience in information security, specifically with leadership responsibilities in a technical compliance environment.
- Proven expertise in cloud security controls and implementing security requirements within cloud-based infrastructures.
- Direct experience leading ISO 27001, CSA CCM, or SOC 2 compliance initiatives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present security objectives to various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 104,000 to USD 156,000, depending on your geographic market and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
