The role
We are looking for a Senior Security Program Manager II to join our Trust and Security group on a full-time, hybrid basis. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, with the option to work from our Seattle office. As a senior member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our cloud services remain the most trusted platforms in the public safety market.
Core responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for our global cloud service compliance programs, managing obligations and coordinating with internal teams, auditors, and customers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and authorization documentation while maturing our security assurance program.
- Lead essential compliance activities, including conducting risk assessments, performing vendor security evaluations, and executing security awareness training.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in information security and a passion for high-quality, secure deliverables. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in information security, specifically within technical environments and compliance leadership.
- Proven expertise in cloud security controls and the successful implementation of security requirements in cloud-based environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, CSA CCM, or SOC 2 trust service criteria.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security objectives to various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes base pay, bonuses, and stock awards. The starting base salary for this position ranges from USD 104,000 to USD 156,000, depending on your experience, geographic market, and other relevant factors.
