About the Role
We are looking for a Security Program Manager II to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position focused on driving the execution of our cloud service security compliance initiatives. You will play a vital role in our Trust and Security group, helping us maintain the highest standards of integrity for our platforms while operating at the forefront of cloud computing security.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for our global cloud services compliance program.
- Manage and coordinate security compliance obligations by working closely with internal teams, external auditors, and our customers.
- Lead essential security activities, including conducting risk assessments, performing vendor security evaluations, and developing comprehensive information security policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in technical security and compliance. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in information security, specifically with leadership responsibilities regarding compliance in technical environments.
- Proven expertise in cloud security controls and the implementation of security requirements within cloud-based infrastructures.
- Demonstrated experience leading the adoption of industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, CSA CCM, or SOC 2.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Location
This position offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States or onsite at our office in Seattle, Washington.
Compensation and Benefits
We provide a competitive total compensation package, with a base salary range of USD 104,000 to USD 156,000, depending on your specific geographic market and experience. Our benefits package is designed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being, and includes:
