What you'll be doing
- You will design, build, and maintain the tools necessary to enhance our ability to detect and respond to security events across our systems.
- You will automate and scale our monitoring and detection capabilities to ensure our high-availability cloud environments remain secure.
- You will serve as a key member of our on-call rotation, acting as the final point of escalation for complex security incidents that require deep investigation and remediation.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a professional with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in security operations. You should possess the following qualifications:
- A solid understanding of how modern, distributed, cloud-based applications operate.
- Fluency in scripting languages such as Python or Go, as well as shell scripting like Bash or PowerShell, to drive automation.
- Practical experience interacting with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure through their respective APIs.
- A working competency with GitOps workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the root cause of complex issues.
- Proficiency in English.
