About the Role

We are hiring a Security Officer Outside for a Full Time position. This role is essential for our operations, as you will act as the primary point of contact for safety in the public space surrounding our buildings. You will be responsible for de-escalating tensions and ensuring that our surroundings remain safe for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the outdoor areas surrounding our facilities to ensure public order is maintained at all times.
• Actively address unwanted behavior by engaging with individuals and directing those causing disturbances or illegal activity to leave the premises.
• Document all incidents and notable observations through clear and accurate reporting to ensure proper record-keeping.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A valid MBO Beveiliger 2 diploma and a current grey security pass.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• A calm, professional demeanor that allows you to set firm boundaries while remaining respectful, even in high-pressure or stressful situations.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is considered a plus, along with an affinity for working within high-risk care environments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Location

This position is based in the Netherlands and requires an on-site presence to perform your duties effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between 35,000 EUR and 43,000 EUR per year. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
