What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for safeguarding our platform by designing robust security architectures for both on-chain and off-chain components. Your expertise in crypto, security architecture, and threat modeling will be vital as we continue to scale. The ideal candidate for this position will reside outside of the United States within the GMT +/- 4 hours time zone.
- Design and implement comprehensive security architectures to protect our platform against emerging vulnerabilities.
- Perform regular threat modeling, security hardening, and vulnerability assessments across our entire technology stack.
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct penetration testing to ensure our systems remain resilient.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least seven years of hands-on experience in security engineering or DevSecOps. We look for candidates who have a strong grasp of full-stack software security, including back-end and DevOps environments. You should be proficient in securing CI/CD pipelines and have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. We value individuals who can communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members. A degree in Computer Science or Information Security is preferred, and professional certifications such as CISSP or OSCP are considered a significant advantage. Experience with crypto custody solutions, including multisig, MPC, and HSM architectures, is highly desirable.
