We are looking for a Senior Security Compliance Engineer to join our Trust and Security team and help ensure our platforms remain the most trusted solutions for the public safety market.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide security assurance and complete customer-facing security documentation.
- Coordinate and manage security assessments, remediation efforts, and compliance activities for frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC2.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate security commitments into our development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain security compliance tools to track program effectiveness.
- Create internal policies, white papers, and documentation to support our security posture.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders across legal, privacy, and product development teams.
- Stay informed on evolving security trends, regulatory changes, and emerging attack techniques.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of professional experience in information security or compliance, such as an auditor or security analyst.
- Strong background in cloud security controls and implementing compliance requirements in cloud-based environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with industry-standard practices including NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and the Cloud Security Alliance CCM.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations while balancing business and security risks.
- Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and personnel security screenings.
Nice-to-haves
- Relevant information security certifications.
- Experience working with FedRAMP or the CJIS Security Policy.
- Prior experience interacting directly with external customers or stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies.

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 96,000 to USD 185,000, depending on your geographic market and experience level.
