We are looking for a Senior Security Compliance Engineer to join our Trust and Security team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will help us maintain the highest standards of security for our cloud services, ensuring our platform remains the most trusted solution for the public safety market. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can take ownership of your projects and drive meaningful change.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that security commitments are integrated into our development processes.
- Manage and execute security compliance programs, including conducting assessments and leading remediation efforts for standards like ISO 27001, SOC2, and NIST 800-53.
- Support our sales teams by providing security assurance, completing customer questionnaires, and responding to security-related inquiries.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in information security or compliance roles, such as a security analyst or auditor.
- A strong background in cloud security controls and the practical implementation of security requirements within cloud environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and the ability to balance complex risks.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and the Cloud Security Alliance CCM.
- Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and personnel security screenings.
