The opportunity
As a Senior Security Compliance Engineer, you will play a vital role in our Trust and Security group. Our goal is to ensure that our cloud services and connected devices remain the most trusted platform in the public safety market. You will be instrumental in upholding our security commitments and navigating the complex regulatory landscape. This is a unique opportunity to work on the cutting edge of cloud security, where you will help bring advanced technology to law enforcement while tackling complex challenges that demand a high level of technical expertise and strategic thinking.
A day in the life
- You will partner with our sales teams to provide security assurance to customers, which includes completing RFPs and addressing detailed security inquiries.
- You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our security commitments are effectively implemented across our platforms.
- You will manage and participate in periodic compliance activities, such as ISO 27001 and SOC2 assessments, while coordinating necessary remediation efforts.
Who you are
You are a motivated, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring at least 4 years of experience in information security or compliance, and you are comfortable working independently to solve complex problems. You possess strong organizational and project management skills, and you are able to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers. Your background includes a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and cloud security controls, specifically with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, or Cloud Security Alliance standards. You are fluent in English and are prepared to undergo necessary background checks to support our mission.

We are a total compensation company, and for this role, we offer a base salary range between USD 96,000 and USD 185,000, depending on your experience, function, and geographic market.
