We are looking for a Senior Security Compliance Engineer to join our Trust and Security group, helping us maintain the highest standards of security for the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide security assurance, including responding to customer security inquiries and RFPs.
- Coordinate security assessments and drive necessary remediation efforts.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate security commitments into our development lifecycle.
- Manage and execute security compliance programs, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with established standards.
- Author internal and customer-facing documentation, white papers, and security policies.
- Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders, including legal, privacy, and product development teams.
- Lead compliance activities for frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC2.
- Stay informed on emerging security trends, regulatory updates, and evolving attack techniques.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in information security or compliance roles, such as a security analyst or compliance engineer.
- Strong background in cloud security controls and implementing compliance requirements within cloud environments.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of software engineering fundamentals.
- Proven project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard security practices like NIST 800-53 and the Cloud Security Alliance CCM.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Relevant information security certifications.
- Experience working with FedRAMP or the CJIS Security Policy.
- Prior experience interacting directly with external customers or stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies.

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 96,000 to USD 185,000, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
