The opportunity

We are looking for a Security & Compliance Analyst to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in building and operating state-of-the-art security solutions for our next-generation cloud platform. You will help us protect the sensitive data that fuels the performance of elite athletes, ensuring our systems remain secure, compliant, and reliable as we continue to innovate in the sports technology space.

A day in the life

• You will manage and mature our security and compliance program, focusing on the ISO 27001 framework, including audit management, risk assessments, and vendor security.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our processes align with GDPR and HIPAA requirements while supporting our continuous improvement efforts.
• You will serve as a key point of contact for security audits and respond to privacy assessments from our partners and customers.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with at least three years of experience in a regulated industry. You possess a strong background in implementing ISO 27001 within a SaaS environment and have a solid understanding of data privacy laws. Because you will be working in an Agile and DevOps environment, you should be comfortable navigating fast-changing priorities. You have excellent communication skills, which allow you to lead and partner with colleagues across the organization effectively. You are fluent in English and are ready to contribute to a global team that values a growth mindset.
