We are looking for a dedicated Security & Compliance Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. Since 2006, we have been at the forefront of the sports technology industry, engineering a premier platform that helps over 4,200 teams across the NFL, NBA, EPL, and beyond optimize athlete performance. Our mission is to provide the data and insights necessary for elite organizations to play smarter, and we are currently seeking a professional who is passionate about building and maintaining state-of-the-art security solutions to protect our global cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in maturing our security and compliance programs, with a primary focus on the ISO 27001 framework, including audit management, risk assessments, and privacy oversight.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our internal policies and procedures remain compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for security audits and 3rd party risk management, while also supporting our internal security awareness training initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree combined with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing ISO 27001 standards within a SaaS environment.
- Strong working knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR and HIPAA.
- Experience operating effectively within Agile, DevOps, or SecDevOps workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
