Security Awareness Analyst at Monzo

The role

We are looking for a Senior Security Awareness Analyst to join our People Centred Security squad on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United Kingdom. In this role, you will help our team move beyond traditional security methods by creating engaging and impactful content that empowers our employees to recognize and prevent threats. You will report directly to the Security Awareness Manager and play a vital part in building a strong first line of defense across the entire company.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative communication strategies, training programs, and security-focused events that align with our unique company culture.
• Analyze security data to identify behavioral risks and measure the effectiveness of our awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure that a human-centered security perspective is integrated into our products and processes.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and engaging messages.
• Proven experience in project management and event planning within a fast-paced environment.
• A deep understanding of information security principles, specifically regarding human behavior and process-driven risks.
• Experience using data to drive improvements and influence organizational change.
• Fluency in English and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and benefits
