We are a fast-growing, profitable healthcare startup with a team of 230 dedicated professionals focused on helping people enroll in individual health coverage. Having already assisted over 20 million people in securing insurance, we are looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Agent Support Representative to join our remote team and help us continue making affordable healthcare a reality for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from insurance agents across the country to provide high-quality support.
- Guide agents through the ACA enrollment process and assist them in navigating our platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve inquiries regarding applications and referrals.
- Maintain a balance of efficiency and empathy while adhering to established support protocols.
- Collaborate on various team tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Must-haves
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, in both written and spoken forms.
- At least 24 months of experience in a customer service or support-oriented role.
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
- A minimum of 3 years of combined experience through work, education, or volunteering.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative mindset that thrives on open communication.
- A quiet, dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet speeds exceeding 128Mbps.
