The role

We are looking for a Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. We need a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of the personal injury law vertical and has a proven ability to manage significant advertising budgets while driving meaningful conversions.

Core responsibilities

• Design and execute high-impact SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to reach our target audience effectively.
• Oversee monthly advertising budgets exceeding six figures, ensuring that every dollar is allocated to maximize our return on investment.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine our strategy, optimize landing pages, and ensure we consistently meet our specific case-related goals.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and data analysis. We require the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in SEM, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on the personal injury law sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing monthly budgets of six figures or more.
• Deep proficiency with essential tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads certification, are considered a significant asset.
