Role at a glance
We are looking for a data-driven Search Engine Marketing Lead to join our Performance Marketing team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. As a lead-level professional, you will report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing and take ownership of our paid media strategy to drive significant business results.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of our SEM strategy by building, managing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Drive growth through sophisticated bidding strategies, machine learning applications, and rigorous test-and-learn initiatives.
- Collaborate with our analytics, product, and marketing teams to ensure our SEM efforts align with broader company goals while managing substantial campaign budgets.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of SEM and PPC strategy. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of managing monthly budgets that exceed $1M. You must be highly proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills are essential, as you will be responsible for measuring performance, conducting A/B testing, and crafting compelling ad copy that resonates with our audience. You should be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and ready to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Perks and compensation
The base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $128,000. We are committed to supporting our remote crew members with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
