Convera is looking for a SDET - Java Developer/Python Developer
We are looking for a Senior SDET to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis. At Convera, we operate as the world’s largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company. We help over 30,000 customers, from small businesses to large financial institutions, move money more effectively through our advanced technology. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-oriented professional to help us build scalable, high-quality automation solutions in an innovative, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation strategies and frameworks that prioritize reusability for regression testing.
- Collaborate closely with architects and cross-functional teams across India and the UK to analyze end-to-end scenarios and translate requirements into automated test cases.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing cycles while maintaining automated scripts in accordance with our established coding standards.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, such as a B.E., B.Tech., or MCA.
- Six to eight years of professional experience as an SDET, with at least five years of dedicated coding experience in Java or Python.
- Strong technical proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and API testing frameworks, alongside a solid grasp of SQL for data validation and experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
- An ISTQB Foundation certification is required to demonstrate your commitment to testing best practices.
