About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SDET I to join our team on a full-time basis. As one of our early engineers in this space, you will play a vital role in elevating our software quality. You will be responsible for building a next-generation QA pipeline, establishing testing infrastructure, and implementing best practices that will guide our entire research and development organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain formal testing processes, standards, and methodologies to support our agile development environment.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to guarantee the performance and reliability of our software products.
- Lead the strategy for User Acceptance Testing by collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure all project goals are met.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and engineering.
- A deep understanding of the full software development life cycle, including functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and the ability to design automated processes using a metrics-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting features and reporting bugs effectively.
- Experience with JavaScript-based test automation frameworks, such as Cypress or Playwright, is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This position is remote and open to candidates based in India.
