The role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Development Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in India. You will play a vital role in our engineering efforts, focusing on building high-quality mobile experiences that align with our vision of intuitive and powerful work management.

Core responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy robust mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, assess the impact of potential changes, and meet project timelines.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation for your code, architectural decisions, and system specifications.

Skills and experience

• You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• You possess strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter framework, including experience with state management, custom widget creation, and animations.
• You have a solid understanding of Android or iOS components and are proficient in cross-platform development.
• You are comfortable working with REST APIs and integrating mobile backends.
• You are skilled in using Git for version control and have a sharp eye for UI/UX principles.
• You hold a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or have equivalent professional training.
• You are a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
