AirSculpt® is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. The minimally invasive procedure removes fat and tightens skin, while sculpting targeted areas of the body, allowing for quick healing with minimal bruising, tighter skin, and precise results. More than 50,000 AirSculpt cases have been performed in AirSculpt’s 30+ premium locations throughout the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the ScrumMaster for one or more cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear product backlog, assist with prioritization, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement to maximize team productivity.
• Support on-shore and off-shore teams in delivering high-quality products on schedule.
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices, promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.
• Act as a change agent to embed Agile principles across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines effectively.

Required Qualifications: 

• Certified Scrum Professional® ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM).
• 5+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience in the medspa and/or cosmetic surgery industry.
• Strong background in working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the Agile Product Owner role and its responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating efforts across a mix of on-shore and off-shore teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
• Experience with change management and scaling Agile practices.
• Strong understanding of healthcare or medSpa-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.

Compensation Range: $100-125K annually

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
