We are looking for a dedicated professional to help us refine our processes and guide our teams as we continue to grow.
About the Role
We are searching for a Lead ScrumMaster to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a vital facilitator for our cross-functional teams, ensuring that our development efforts remain aligned with our business goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog that supports our organizational objectives.
- Identify and remove project impediments while mentoring team members to promote collaboration and transparency across both on-shore and off-shore groups.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM).
- At least 5 years of professional experience working as a ScrumMaster within an Agile environment.
- Direct experience within the medspa or cosmetic surgery industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing Agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Kanban boards.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate efforts across distributed teams.
Location
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer an annual salary range of $100,000 to $125,000, depending on your experience and certifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
