We are Arine, a rapidly expanding healthcare technology company based in San Francisco. Our mission is to ensure that individuals receive the safest and most effective treatments for their unique health needs. By combining data science, machine learning, and deep clinical expertise, we are redefining medication management through our software platform. We are currently looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help us build our Virtual Pharmacist platform and directly influence the infrastructure and delivery of our core enterprise data offerings.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate development across multiple engineering teams by scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure our teams follow established Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, while actively removing impediments to progress.
- Monitor team performance and project deliverables, providing regular status reports to senior management and maintaining a collaborative partnership with our Product team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar project management role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Jira and a strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- A Certified Scrum Master designation is required, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to remain organized and decisive under pressure.
- You must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States and be capable of passing a background check.
- For this remote position, you must have a private work area and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
