What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Scientific Content Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. In this role, you will lead our efforts to translate complex scientific data into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with our global audience. You will be a vital part of our marketing team, helping to shape the voice and strategy of an organization at the forefront of clinical innovation.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with our global marketing objectives across digital and print platforms.
- Transform intricate scientific concepts into accessible, persuasive copy for blogs, white papers, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with our internal scientific, operational, and design teams to ensure all content is accurate, impactful, and optimized for SEO.

You are a strategic thinker who thrives on turning technical information into compelling stories. You possess a strong foundation in life sciences and have a proven track record in digital marketing and copywriting. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Life Science discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience as a lead writer within the life sciences sector, such as a CRO, biotech, or CDMO environment.
- A deep understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to manage content workflows from creation to analytics-driven optimization.
- Fluency in English with an impeccable eye for detail, grammar, and scientific tone.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and agile environment.
