The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Scale Customer Success Manager to join our team. As our user base expands rapidly, this role is vital for driving engagement across a large portfolio of customers. You will act as a strategic partner to our users, ensuring they achieve their goals by leveraging both 1:1 and 1:Many communication channels. This is a perfect fit for a tech-savvy professional who is eager to push the boundaries of traditional customer success and thrive in a dynamic, remote environment.
A day in the life
- Design and execute scalable success plans that drive rapid adoption and long-term loyalty while balancing personalized engagements with broad-scale enablement programs.
- Monitor customer data to proactively identify risks and opportunities, ensuring that users are getting the most value out of our platform through consistent check-ins.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales, Renewals, and Product teams to expand use cases, secure contract renewals, and provide critical feedback that reduces customer friction.
Who you are
You are an experienced professional with over five years of experience in Customer Success, ideally within the development tooling or SaaS space. You possess strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex product functionalities into clear business outcomes. Your background includes:
- A proven track record of managing large volumes of customers through scalable, creative programs.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
- A strategic mindset that uses data to inform decisions and improve the customer experience.
- Fluency in English and a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
