About the Role
We are searching for an experienced SAP Test Lead to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for overseeing our testing lifecycle, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are fully supported by robust, error-free software. You will be working directly with our team in an on-site capacity for a duration of at least 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, manage project estimates, and oversee the scheduling and tracking of all testing activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including project managers, business users, and developers, to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Direct a small team of 3 to 5 members while managing the defect lifecycle and monitoring overall project progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in technology and the manufacturing industry. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 12 years of professional experience specifically in SAP testing.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of general testing experience, with at least 3 years spent in a Test Lead capacity.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing domain, particularly within the process industry.
- Expertise in leading manual testing projects for both web and SAP platforms.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in SAP ECC or SuccessFactors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must hold US Citizenship or a Green Card and be prepared to work on-site from day one.
Location
This position is based in Erlanger, Kentucky. Please note that this role is fully on-site, and we are looking for candidates who are ready to relocate and work from our office immediately.
