Role at a glance

This is a full-time, on-site position designed for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of our SAP Solution Manager ecosystem. You will be the primary expert driving our strategy and ensuring our systems run at peak performance.

Your impact

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for Solution Manager to ensure our IT solutions align perfectly with operational goals.
Provide expert guidance to functional and technical teams while overseeing the delivery of major and minor project releases.
Maintain high standards for system health by reviewing and approving tickets to ensure accurate prioritization and timely resolution.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should possess deep technical expertise and strong leadership abilities. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

Extensive experience with SAP Solution Manager and a proven track record in project delivery.
Strong proficiency in system troubleshooting and operational support.
