We are currently looking for a Lead SAP Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help us elevate the impact of our Product Stewardship portfolio by ensuring our compliance tools remain at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary voice of the customer, translating their needs into actionable business perspectives for our internal teams.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and execution to the final go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with UX and product peers to prioritize solutions using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, while utilizing Agile and Scrum frameworks to guide development.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a demonstrated history of managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Direct experience with SAP product development is required, with preference given to those familiar with SAP EHS or Product Compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative, psychologically safe team environment.
