The role
We are seeking a Senior Information Security Compliance Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a critical role for a U.S. Person who is passionate about maintaining the integrity of our infrastructure. You will work closely with our security team to advise on the implementation of policies and standards that protect our corporate applications and systems.
Core responsibilities
- Document and maintain essential policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure full compliance with regulatory and business standards.
- Conduct comprehensive security and compliance assessments on new and existing infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders to address and close any identified gaps.
- Monitor the evolving landscape of compliance standards and industry regulations to proactively inform our internal security strategies and risk management efforts.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong background in risk management and a commitment to security excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience specifically within risk management and compliance functions.
- Deep familiarity with security laws, strategies, and standard industry processes.
- Proficiency in using risk management solutions to perform business impact analysis and maintain risk registers.
- Preferred: Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GCFA, GCIH, GCIA, GNFA, GREM, GCCC, or Security+.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in pay transparency as a foundation for an honest and supportive culture. The targeted combined compensation range for this position, which includes base salary and variable incentive targets, is 94900 USD to 161300 USD. The final offer will be determined based on your unique skills, education, and experience.
