The opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FI Analyst Level IV Data Design Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this senior role, you will serve as the architect of our data landscape, taking ownership of data standardization, quality management, and integration strategies. You will sit at the intersection of technical development and business strategy, ensuring that our data architecture is not only sound but also perfectly aligned with our organizational goals. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others, and diving deep into the complexities of SAP Central Finance and HANA environments.

A day in the life

• You will lead the creation of logical and physical data models, ensuring that our data flow and taxonomy are optimized for performance and clarity.
• You will perform detailed data audits and profiling to identify quality defects, subsequently designing and implementing robust management procedures to cleanse and correct our data assets.
• You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating intricate data requirements into streamlined business processes and vice versa.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in the SAP FiCo module and a deep understanding of data management and governance. You possess the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical developers and non-technical business leaders with ease. Your technical toolkit includes advanced proficiency in T-SQL, expert-level data modeling skills, and practical experience with ETL processes and data manipulation tools like SAP Data Services, SSIS, and SSMS. You are comfortable working in an Agile environment and have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Most importantly, you are a natural leader who can set clear expectations, meet deadlines, and advocate for innovative data solutions.
