We are currently looking for a passionate SAP Engineering Manager to join our team in Lille and help us shape the future of sports through sustainable and innovative technology.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, lead-level position based in France. You will work in a hybrid capacity as part of our Tech Leadership Team, where you will drive the technological vision and delivery excellence for our supply chain domain. You will support our growing network of over 30 engineering squads, ensuring high-quality technical products that make sports accessible to everyone.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor a squad of 10 to 12 engineers by defining the technology vision and creating clear roadmaps.
- Ensure the high-quality, timely delivery of product requirements while adhering to our established governance metrics.
- Act as the primary bridge between our organizational strategy and the daily operations of your team, focusing on both technical outcomes and the professional growth of your teammates.
What you'll need
We are looking for a leader who balances technical expertise with a human-centric approach. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Deep experience with SAP systems such as FNR, ECC, FMS, and OAA, along with proficiency in ABAP and familiarity with OData, CDS, CleanCore, Kafka, and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SD and MM customizing, the ATP process, and best practices in data and tech governance.
- Proven ability in human-centric leadership, including team management, conflict resolution, and fostering team cohesion.
- Expertise in delivery management, including roadmap creation, stakeholder influence, and budget management.
- Strong product and business acumen, with the ability to align technical feasibility with business goals.
- Fluency in both French and English.
