The role

We are hiring a Junior SAP Ariba Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines. You will work a mid-shift schedule, typically from 15:00 to 00:00. This role is perfect for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience who is eager to deepen their technical expertise and provide high-quality support to our international stakeholders.

Core responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing and Buying and Invoicing, while ensuring all user and supplier queries are resolved within established service levels.
• Manage system maintenance tasks such as updating approval flows, configuring templates, and overseeing master data and user access roles.
• Analyze procurement data from sources like SAP Ariba and SAP ECC to identify trends, improve system adoption, and provide actionable insights for Finance and IT stakeholders.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Ariba in a support, configuration, or operational capacity.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including familiarity with DAX and Power Query, alongside advanced Excel skills for handling large, complex datasets.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as you will be communicating directly with global clients and suppliers.
• A solid understanding of Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Previous experience working in a shared services, BPO, or GBS environment.
