What is this role?
We are looking for a Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis in Chile. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our Salesforce ecosystem to ensure it performs at its best while supporting our internal users.
What will you do?
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and customer support inquiries, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with our IT and development teams to identify, diagnose, and fix technical problems, ensuring our systems remain functional and efficient.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and other business platforms while creating custom reports and dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Salesforce systems in a similar capacity.
- A deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms, custom reporting, and system integrations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English, as well as fluency in Spanish.
- A Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
