What is this role?
We are looking for a Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our team in Chile. This is a full-time, mid-level position that operates on a hybrid basis. You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a challenging, rewarding environment where technical expertise and project execution drive significant business results.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and customer support queries, resolving issues and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding status and outcomes.
- Develop, maintain, and improve integrations between Salesforce and other business systems while creating complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot technical issues, manage cross-system integrations, and drive projects that expand the platform's capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in CRM management and a passion for problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Salesforce systems in a similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce platforms, custom reporting, and maintaining system interfaces across diverse platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with users at all levels.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English, alongside proficiency in Spanish.
- A Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
