We are looking for a Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our team in Chile. This is a full-time, mid-level position that operates on a hybrid basis. You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. What will you do?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and customer support queries, resolving issues and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding status and outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and improve integrations between Salesforce and other business systems while creating complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot technical issues, manage cross-system integrations, and drive projects that expand the platform's capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in CRM management and a passion for problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing Salesforce systems in a similar capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce platforms, custom reporting, and maintaining system interfaces across diverse platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with users at all levels.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in English, alongside proficiency in Spanish.
• A Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
