We are seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer to join our technology team. In this full-time, hybrid role based in the United States, you will work alongside colleagues who value collaboration, continuous improvement, and a healthy work-life balance.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement new features within the Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs.
- Partner with agile team members to clarify requirements, refine user stories, and deliver both functional and non-functional solutions.
- Drive user stories from concept through completion while maintaining code quality and adherence to established practices.
- Investigate and resolve production defects related to Salesforce configurations and system integrations.
- Apply current Salesforce releases and industry best practices to both existing systems and new development.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain reliable continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to five years of hands-on Salesforce development and integration work.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including practices such as code reviews and Scrum.
- Practical experience with Salesforce, Apex, custom user interface development, platform events, multi-threading, transactional consistency, and API integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with .NET, Java, JavaScript, HTML, or JSON.
- Active interest in staying current with technology trends and emerging tools.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills and work experience.
