The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale our technology and improve the experiences of our patients and clinical partners. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our technical direction, helping us build scalable, maintainable solutions while mentoring other talented engineers. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, translating complex requirements into production-ready features. Because we operate in a fast-paced healthcare environment, you will have the chance to make high-impact decisions that shape our codebase and our future technical landscape.

A day in the life

• You will design, build, and maintain robust software applications, focusing heavily on Salesforce development and complex integrations.
• You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and clinical operations teams to turn business needs into technical designs and features.
• You will lead by example through code reviews, setting high standards for quality, and guiding the team in software architecture and best practices.

Who you are

You are an experienced engineer who thrives in agile environments and has a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. You have at least 5 years of experience delivering quality software and are comfortable working with a variety of tools and frameworks. You possess strong communication skills in English and a collaborative spirit that allows you to work transparently with your teammates.

Your technical toolkit should include:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools like Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Python, or server-side JavaScript.
• A solid grasp of AWS services and serverless architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and both relational and non-relational databases.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bonus points if you have a background in healthcare, startups, or machine learning.
