LHV Bank Limited is a UK-licensed financial institution that serves over 200 fintech clients while providing retail savings and SME credit solutions. As a subsidiary of the LHV Group, we are committed to building robust financial infrastructure and expanding our personal banking services through our digital app. We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce nCino Developer to join our SME Lending team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in London, Manchester, or Leeds, where you will collaborate with our team in the office two to three days each week.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize the nCino managed package and Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and complex Flows.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment of configurations across environments while utilizing DevOps tools to maintain high development standards.
- Develop and maintain API integrations to connect our Salesforce environment with external systems while ensuring data integrity and security.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have significant experience working with the nCino platform and Salesforce development tools. We value candidates who possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Necessary qualifications include:
- nCino Platform Configuration Certification is required.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or higher.
- Proven ability to write clean, durable code and create detailed technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to both IT and business stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, data governance, and staying current with the latest platform releases.
