Pathpoint is transforming the 120 billion dollar excess and surplus insurance market by building modern distribution infrastructure. While a significant portion of commercial insurance is placed through this sector, the industry still relies on outdated, manual processes. We are the only wholesale platform using advanced technology to connect carriers and agents, effectively automating everything from underwriting and submissions to payments and compliance. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a critical role in managing and automating our core back-office operating system, Novidea, which is built on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of Salesforce projects from the initial planning stages through to final implementation, ensuring that all goals are met on time.
- Design and develop robust automations using Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations within our platform to enhance our underwriting and operational efficiency.
- Partner with our software engineering team to manage complex data models and oversee integrations between our Salesforce-based systems and other internal tools.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and automation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain automations using Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations.
- Strong expertise in data modeling and Salesforce reporting.
- A track record of successfully shipping features and code within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- The ability to work effectively with insurance operators to drive meaningful development and process improvements.
