What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will serve as the primary designer and maintainer of our Salesforce instance, ensuring our systems are optimized to support our business goals. This role requires you to work from our San Francisco or New York City offices one to three times per week. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining our Salesforce instance by automating flows, troubleshooting technical issues, and enforcing best practices across the funnel.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze operational needs, and implement custom solutions that leverage the full power of the Salesforce platform.
• Managing the seamless integration of Salesforce with our broader business ecosystem, including tools like Netsuite, DealHub, and Hubspot, to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We look for candidates with at least three years of experience in a closely related position. You must be proficient in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. A deep understanding of Salesforce cloud paradigms, relational database architectures, and software engineering best practices is essential. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where you can multitask effectively. A Salesforce Administrator certification is required, while a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer credential is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be working closely with diverse teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
