What is this role?
We are hiring for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join us on a full-time basis for a 12-month project. This is an on-site position located in Franklin, TN, where you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment.
What will you do?
- You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to optimize our customer service workflows and platform capabilities.
- You will be responsible for programming using Apex, Visualforce, and Triggers to build custom solutions that meet our evolving business needs.
- You will manage Salesforce Analytics and Reporting to ensure our stakeholders have clear, actionable insights into our data.
