The role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. As a senior member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for building high-quality applications and integrations that push the boundaries of what our platform can achieve. We are looking for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of complex technical challenges while helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in Salesforce DevOps.

Core responsibilities

• Design and implement custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, ensuring that all code meets our rigorous standards for security and performance.
• Partner with our architects, product managers, and UI/UX designers to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Actively participate in the development lifecycle by conducting thorough code reviews, creating detailed technical documentation, and providing mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce developer, with deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Lightning Experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team, communicate clearly in English, and deliver results under deadlines.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, CPQ, or nCino is considered a strong advantage, as is previous experience working within an ISV environment.
