At TouchBistro, we are a team of restaurant-obsessed, tech-loving professionals dedicated to supporting the success of restaurateurs worldwide. We have powered over 29,000 restaurants by providing an all-in-one point-of-sale and management platform that simplifies operations and helps owners increase their revenue. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our Internal Systems team in Canada. If you are a technical leader who enjoys designing high-performance systems that drive business objectives, we would love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring they meet our security, performance, and business requirements across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
Lead the development of customized applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, while overseeing seamless integrations with third-party platforms.
Establish and enforce development best practices, provide technical mentorship to the team, and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation to ensure platform integrity.

What you'll bring

At least 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
Current Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.
Strong technical expertise in SOQL, security models, data governance, and modern DevOps practices like CI/CD and Git.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site in a full-time capacity.
