Role at a glance
This is a Senior Salesforce Administrator position offered on a full-time basis. You will be based on-site in Portugal, where you will serve as the backbone of our CRM operations. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of our platform.
Your impact
- You will lead the ongoing development and evolution of our Salesforce deployment to ensure it meets our growing business needs.
- You will act as both an administrator and an analyst, bridging the gap between technical configuration and functional business requirements.
- You will take charge of the daily maintenance, support, and optimization of our CRM to drive better processes and higher user adoption across the organization.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and the Force.com platform.
- A proven track record of managing complex CRM environments, including handling user accounts, dashboards, workflows, and system audits.
- The ability to communicate fluently in English while working with functional leaders, vendors, and development teams to document requirements and train users.
- Experience managing data feeds, integrations, and preparing for system upgrades.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business goals into effective technical solutions.
