What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Systems team on a full-time, remote basis. You will report to the Enterprise Systems Manager and play a vital role in designing, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and DocuSign CLM. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing all aspects of user and license administration, including profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Executing Salesforce configuration updates such as Flow, custom fields, page layouts, and reporting dashboards.
• Integrating and troubleshooting our enterprise systems using the Celigo platform and supporting sales enablement tools like HubSpot, Outreach, and Gong.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with at least two years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of how system changes impact the broader business. You must hold a Salesforce Certified Administrator credential and possess a bachelor’s degree in a technical field like IT, Engineering, or Computer Science. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can provide top-tier support to our users while maintaining a high standard of data quality. A willingness to learn new technologies and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional team are essential for success in this role.

What we offer

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, with the final base pay determined by your specific experience, skills, and location.
