We are looking for a dedicated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join us in this meaningful work, helping us shape the future of higher education through technology and data-driven insights.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the development of client solutions on the Salesforce platform, including planning and building end-to-end tools like custom objects, flow automation, and lightning page configurations.
- You will play a key role in our migration to a new Salesforce instance, which involves managing object configurations, performing data analysis, and handling field mapping.
- You will act as a consultant for cross-functional teams, automating business processes and maintaining functional areas such as reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Salesforce administration and a passion for solving complex business problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Current Salesforce certifications, specifically as an Administrator and Platform App Builder.
- Proven expertise in business analysis, including gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
- Strong technical project management skills and experience with data mapping and integration projects.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, permission sets, and profiles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data transformation and analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce ETL tools and a solid understanding of testing and deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to provide user training and clear documentation.
- While not required, familiarity with Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SOQL/SQL, and HTML is highly preferred.
What you'll get
We are committed to supporting our employees with a robust benefits package and a flexible work environment. As a member of our team, you will enjoy:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- A 401k plan with company matching.
- A generous paid time off policy, which includes time for volunteering.
- The flexibility of a hybrid work model.
