The opportunity

We are looking for a Sales System Support professional to join our team in Australia on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, you will act as a vital bridge between our business systems and the teams that rely on them. You will focus on maintaining data integrity across our platforms while providing essential helpdesk support to our internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on position that requires a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring our transactional processes run smoothly.

A day in the life

• You will manage a high volume of transactional updates, specifically reviewing and processing sales contract changes to ensure our master data remains accurate and consistent across all applications.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal business users, answering queries and resolving support requests while acting as a super-user of our business systems.
• You will play an active role in the technical lifecycle of our platforms by conducting system testing for new functionality, bug fixes, and regression testing to ensure everything operates exactly as it should.

Who you are

You are a junior professional who takes pride in your work and values clear communication. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the following skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A solid understanding of data integrity, analysis, and processing.
