Responsibilities
- Process incoming purchase orders and verify customer information and payment details.
- Manage and update customer and prospect records to ensure high data quality.
- Coordinate lead delegation across our sales team and initiate lead qualification sequences.
- Handle pre-sales documentation and collaborate with other internal departments.
- Support the Sales Manager with administrative projects, market development initiatives, and task coordination.
- Assist the team with creating quotations and placing orders.
Must-haves
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer literacy, typing skills, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A dedicated team player mindset with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- The ability to work in a hybrid capacity, which requires being in our Clearwater, FL office three days per week.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience or knowledge of CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- An understanding of sales performance metrics.
