Key Responsibilities
- Data Management and Analysis: You will collect, process, and analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. This includes maintaining and updating sales databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting and Dashboard Creation: You will develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide visibility into sales activities and outcomes.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for the sales team and management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights. - Sales Process Optimization:You will identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes and propose solutions to streamline workflows and collaborate with the sales team to implement process improvements and ensure best practices are followed.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:You will conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Support Sales Initiatives:You will assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.Provide support for sales presentations, proposals, and client communications. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or data analysis role. Experience with CRM systems and data management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-oriented, with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both Spanish and English. Additional qualifications include
