What is this role?

We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in Mexico, and it is designed for someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our sales data and our strategic goals.

What will you do?

• You will manage and analyze sales data from various sources to uncover meaningful trends, while ensuring our CRM systems remain accurate and reliable.
• You will build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into our sales performance and key metrics for the leadership team.
• You will look for ways to improve our sales workflows, identifying bottlenecks and collaborating with the team to implement more efficient processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in marketing, data management, and sales strategy. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or data analysis.
• You are fluent in both Spanish and English.
• You have hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management tools.
• You possess an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
